The school is three-formed entry, the school is searching for an Early years Practitioner to act as a support for young children in a 40 place nursery within a primary school working within the Early Years department 8:30-3:30pm. Requirements The requested skillset the desired Early Years Teaching Assistant you will require; Level 2 or above educational subject e.g. Teaching and Learning or Early Years Education/T Level Experience working with children with SEN in a nursery or educational setting. A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage or the confidence to develop this. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and professionals. A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners. A positive, patient, and compassionate approach, with a strong commitment to professional development and learning.
