Contracts Manager urgently needed - focuses on supporting the Operations manager and the team of Key client coordinators along with the wider team to ensure the effective organisation, implementation and execution of the Managed contracts team. Effective communication and administrative accuracy are vital to the success of this role.
Key Duties of the Contracts Manager
To be a dedicated account manager to set key clients.
To manage the performance and support the key client coordinators and managed contracts technician.
To carefully monitor and update client event bookings, tracking sheets, specific processes, quoting and inventory management.
To manage the Managed Contracts technician daily task list working closely with the production manager.
To make sure all billable consumables and labour incurred by the technician is charged accordingly.
To issue operator packs weekly as required including correct and completed booking forms, hotel details and H&S documents.
Deal with any out of hours queries that may relate to your project from operators
To work closely with the transport and compliance manager
To attend onsite events regularly, overnights maybe required
To arrange team welfare, booking accommodation, per diems, floats etc.
To oversee the satisfactory delivery of the client owned inventory
To keep on top of the accounts system
Supporting the team by holding quarterly review meetings and end of year meetings with your clients
To work alongside the workshop and warehouse team to closely report and bill usage of parts, consumables and labor.
To check the team receipts and charge on client specific charges where required.
To form a comprehensive weekly report to share in the team meeting once a week.
To have regular 1-1 touch points with the team.
To have weekly meetings with operations manager brining requested KPIs and team and client updates.
GENERAL
To act as an ambassador for the organisation continually promoting values and standards.
Where required to be available during live events, and out-of-hours as required.
Take care of the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your actions or omissions.
Comply with all Company and statutory fire, health and safety regulations.
To assist with other areas of the business, for example with sales functions and the wider group, if required outside the normal routine but within the overall scope of the position.
