Band 6 Diabetes Continuity Midwife at Saint Marys Hospital / managed Clinical Service covering Oxford Road, Wythenshawe and NMGH sites
Saint Mary's Hospital Managed Clinical Service is the largest maternity service in the country providing care for women across Manchester, its surrounding areas and the North West.
To join us, you will be an experienced Band 6 Registered Midwife with a desire to specialise in Diabetes Care and improve the continuity of care for this cohort of women. You'll find working with us extremely rewarding as part of a team dedicated to providing the best possible care and experience to all our patients. Main duties of the job
Diabetes Specialist Midwife
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit Band 6 Midwives to support the continuity of the maternity diabetes service at all 3 sites within Saint Mary's.
The successful post holder will provide expert, specialist knowledge and resources for diabetic women during their pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal period, supporting the existing and expanding diabetes service.
