We are currently looking for a Guest Relations Manager (Reception Manager) to join our leadership team as Head of Department at Rosewood London. The Guest Relations Manager (Reception Manager) is entrusted with leading and developing the Guest Relations team to be engaging, intuitive and refined.
Key expectations of this role
1. Taking a leadership role in engaging with guests, associates and business partners to meet and exceed their needs and expectations.
2. Acting as a coach and mentor to a team of associates to ensure high engagement levels, people development and highest associate retention to strengthen the company culture.
3. Managing cost and revenue in Guest Relations without impact on brand, or quality standards.
4. Continuously identifying and developing areas for improvement and motivating the team to actively take part in the process to enhance the brand experience.
5. Showing a sound understanding of the London hotel market to retain and increase the hotel’s competitive advantage through continuous proactive strategic and operational planning to improve service levels.
Profile
1. Experience at managerial level within an upscale, high volume front of house environment.
2. A thorough understanding of leading and developing people effectively.
3. An exceptional level of attention to detail driven by the desire for continuous improvement to exceed guest expectations.
4. A thorough understanding of managing various stakeholders and their expectations.
