The role
As a Training Coordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will provide co-ordination and administrative support to the 145 Valley Training Cell (145VTC) teams.
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
* Send out Login Alerts for Licences on the ‘30- & 7-Day Licence Pending Expiry Report’
* Check of Licencing ATCR’s for completeness prior to uploading into Maintenix
* Maintain compliance with IMS Authorisation Procedures
* Demonstrate IMS procedural compliance to key stakeholders when requested.
* Maintain oversight of the 145 databases
This role is full time and based onsite at RAF Valley.
Essential experience of the Training Coordinator:
* Proven experience of organising and scheduling administrative duties
* In a similar role evidence of assisting with maintaining, management and monitoring of different programme databases.
* Evidence in roles previously held a contribute to continual improvement programmes.
Qualifications for the Training Coordinator:
* GCSE (A*-C) level Maths and English
* Level 3 CIPD / Business Administration NVQ or equivalent administrative based qualification/experience
* Ability to functionally utilise full suite of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
