National Account Manager – UK
Location: UK/Remote
Responsibilities
* Seek new distribution of the Oshee brand portfolio in line with expectations.
* Responsible for top line sales revenue and trading contribution.
* Commercial annual planning.
* Ability to work cross functionally to succeed.
* Strong negotiator with experience of working with JBPs.
* Experience of leading a small team.
* Development and maximization of sales of the company's products.
* Achievement of sales goals and plans.
* Co-creation and implementation of the trade budget.
* Negotiating commercial terms, support budgets and cooperation with clients.
* Cooperation and coordination of the activities of the sales team in the subordinate area.
* Reporting commercial activities according to the company's standards.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a National Account Manager in a FMCG business.
* Experience of working in retail and convenience channels is a must, whilst wholesale experience is preferable.
* Experience of working with P&L management.
* Strong industry network and networker.
* Ability to manage the commercial budget in cooperation with chains.
* Effectiveness in pursuing the goal and success in achieving the intended results.
* Openness to change and resistance to stress.
* Resilient and adaptable to the highs and lows of introducing a new brand to the UK market.
* Restless ambition, both personal and for the company, with a strong drive for success.
