What you bring to the role.
* 1+ years in an Account Management or Customer Success role
* You can demonstrate high performance in line with or above expectations
* Extremely good people skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
* You love to use a positive mindset to help customers overcome obstacles by identifying their concerns and providing solutions for them - a problem solver!
* Highly motivated and driven to be part of a growing, successful team
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
What you'll be doing.
* You will own the onboarding, ongoing support of and account expansion for our SME employers
* You will own a panel of accounts and be responsible for achieving growth targets (example KPIs: New in generation, percentage of employees using the scheme, Total Orders from Panel)
* You will own (and problem-solve) any queries, requests or concerns that arise within your panel of accounts
* You’ll become a product specialist with ability to build strong technical knowledge
* Alongside your teammates, you will create, refine and implement strategy and process to drive forward the Customer Success department

Compensation:
Base salary: £30,000
Bonus/Commission: Up to an Additional £10,000 per year
Equity: £3,000 - £30,000 equity through EMI Options
