Application Support Analyst
Location: Meriden, Solihull (On-site)
We are seeking a proactive Application Support Analyst to join our team and provide expert technical support for business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 2nd or 3rd line technical support, with expertise in troubleshooting software issues and enhancing system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve software problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
Work with Power Platform, Dynamics Sales, and Plugins to configure and enhance system performance.
Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to support application improvements.
Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Document issues, resolutions, and best practices to improve future support.Key Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in Power Platform, Dynamics Sales, and Plugins.
Proven expertise in 2nd or 3rd line technical support within a software/application environment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience with ITIL processes and best practices (desirable).Salary & Benefits:
