Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Early finish of 4:30pm on a Friday!

About the Role:
Join our client's Technical & QHSE function as a Quality & Compliance Technician! In this pivotal role, you will manage the systems and processes within the Integrated Management System, ensuring that quality objectives are not just met but exceeded. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to dive into the heart of quality systems and drive improvements within a growing medium-sized business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Measure product quality performance and implement corrective actions to achieve overall objectives.
2. Conduct internal audits in line with the Integrated Management System and ISO accreditations.
3. Maintain and update the Integrated Management System to ensure it remains fit for purpose.
4. Ensure all records are meticulously maintained, keeping the business audit-ready at all times.
5. Foster a strong relationship with auditors and ensure scheduled audits are conducted professionally.
6. Uphold ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 accreditations with pride!
7. Collaborate with Divisional Managers to ensure product compliance in their processes.
8. Stay ahead of legislation and compliance requirements, supporting the business in maintaining full compliance.
9. Assist the Technical Manager with QHSE systems and records management.
10. Oversee the warranty process and Corrective Action Reporting effectively.
Who We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience with ISO Management Systems is essential.
2. Previous experience in a quality and/or compliance technician or management role.
3. Proficient with IT packages - Microsoft, Excel, and Internal CRM systems.
4. Experience in the lift, engineering, or construction sectors is highly desirable.
