Overview
We are currently seeking a Commercial Administrator to be based in our Felixstowe office to support the Senior Account Manager and Contract Managers in ensuring all contract prices and any financial variables are kept up to date and to ensure financial performance data, budget and forecast documentation is accurate and correctly invoiced.
You will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail as you will be liaising with various internal colleagues communicating financial performance data, budget and forecast documentation.
The salary on offer for this role is £25,897.
Closing date: 3rd February.
Responsibilities
1. Collate accurate data & record figures for the use & review of the contract managers.
2. Send weekly reports to customers & examine any related inquiries.
3. Check supplier costs are correct & accurate.
4. Ensure paperwork relating to charges is in place & sent to customers within GBRf deadlines.
5. Ensure supplier costings & sales relating to additional charges are input into systems.
6. Liaise with the accounts payable team as required to settle any account queries or disputes with customers.
7. Check rate confirmations from key customers for errors & accuracy.
8. Input revenue-related jobs to Fargo tops.
9. Provide business information to customers such as rates.
10. Update spreadsheets to maintain accuracy for revenue streams.
11. Interest in learning about GBRf’s business commodities and functions.
Qualifications
Essential
1. GCSE Math’s and English to grade C equivalent or above.
2. Ability to communicate effectively, and in an appropriate manner, with both internal and external customers and suppliers.
3. Accuracy and attention to detail - working in a 'right first time' method.
4. Ability to work on your own initiative or effectively with others in a team.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable
1. Previous experience in a customer service/account support role.
