HCRG Care Group are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Performance Manager to play a pivotal role in the mobilisation of two large-scale contracts during a period of significant business growth. As a core member of mobilisation and transformation boards, the role will ensure seamless transition and robust contract setup through comprehensive due diligence on performance metrics, data insights, and reporting. In this role, you will work closely with regional teams to ensure outstanding performance for our customers, making a significant difference for our service users and staff. As part of a national team, you will contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in healthcare services. This role will primarily be home based whilst covering mobilisations across BSW (Bath and Northeast Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire) and Surrey. You will be required to travel across locations on a need’s basis to full-fill the requirements of the role. This role requires proactive stakeholder engagement, with regular updates to maintain confidence in the mobilisation process and readiness for contract launch. Key Responsibilities: Performance Reporting: Establish robust reporting systems. Lead performance reviews, providing valuable insights. Operational Support: Collaborate with Managing Directors. Train colleagues and develop forecasting frameworks. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work with central teams for accurate reporting. Represent the organisation in meetings. Foster effective communication. Improvement Planning: Identify areas for improvement. Provide guidance for compliance and enhancement. The Ideal Candidate We are in search of an individual who has: Essential: Proven healthcare sector experience in performance management of complex contracts. Strong ability to set, track, and report on KPIs, outcomes, and contract-specific performance targets to drive accountability and continuous improvement. Advanced skills in data analysis and experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to turn complex data into actionable insights and story telling. Strong track record of setting up and managing reporting structures that provide clear, accurate, and timely performance data to stakeholders. Understanding of regulatory frameworks. Ability to manage deadlines Desirable: Training in risk management. Experience in strategy development. Additional Requirements: Own a vehicle for travel.
