Wellbeing Officer
Salary: £24,500–£31,000 pa

Are you passionate about creating safe spaces, implementing vital support programs, and ensuring every student has the emotional and psychological resources they need to succeed? We are seeking a empathetic and dedicated Wellbeing Officer to join a well-known college.
The Role:
Assess students with SEND
Promote strategies for independent learning and self-management with students.
Deliver workshops to groups of students with general wellbeing needs
Provide individual interventions and support to empower students to manage their wellbeing in relation to their academic progression.
What You Need:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in mental health, youth work, counselling, health and social care or related field
Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
Experience of working with people in a Further or Higher Education setting (preferred)
Experience of supporting individuals with mental health issues including handling complex and crisis situations.

Competitive Salary: £25,000- 31,000 per annum (based on experience)
