* Titles of Direct Reports -0., Supplying the highest possible levels of customer care and service whether in the public eye or in the back of the house areas.
* To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of pot wash machine and dish wash machine, and cleaning on a daily basis.
* To ensure that all crockery is handled correctly to minimize breakages.
* To ensure the Kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times.
* To carry out thorough cleaning of all equipment in the kitchen
* To ensure that all cleaning schedules are followed and signed daily basis.
* To be fully aware of the:
+ Global food and safety audit 43 check points + Accident Report Procedure + Maintenance Fault Reporting Procedure + Fire Policy for your department
* To understand how the hotel's Health and Safety Policy affects your department and how it links in with the rest of the hotel.
* To carry out all reasonable instructions given to you by a supervisor.
* Ensure all SOP's are followed - Human Resources, Brand Standards and Health and Safety, and Grooming standards.

* Performs other related task as assigned by Management.
* Complies with The Forest of Arden Hotel policies and procedures.
* Working hours as required to do your job but normally not less than your contracted hours.
Previous experience working within a Kitchen or similar environment preferred.
Skills and Knowledge:
