Site Manager - Internals
Location: Merseyside
Salary: £competitive salary package
I am working with a large regional contractor that is delivering large-scale high-rise apartment projects in the Merseyside region. They are currently in the market for a Site Manager to work on a £25 million large high-end residential project.
The Site Manager they are looking for will have a stable work history and a strong build background, with experience working for a main building contractor on projects valued at up to £30 million plus. The selected project has a combined total value of £90 million.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering internals to high-quality standards and a full project understanding, with proven delivery experience of new builds. As a Site Manager, you will be involved in the full project life cycle and follow the specifications of a new build project.
They ideally prefer a candidate with a trades background who can deliver and lead full construction teams. You will be responsible for coordinating the sub-contracting trades and labour on site, ensuring adherence to the tightest health and safety procedures. These are fast-moving projects with timelines and budgets to be met.
