About the Role:
* Provide support to teachers in the delivery of the curriculum, promoting independence and self-confidence among students
* Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and engaging learning environment
* Liaise with education and care colleagues regarding issues, concerns, or achievements of pupils
