Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities
1. Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times.
3. Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior.
4. Assist with feeding.
5. Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up.
6. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
7. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure optimal care.
8. Maintain accurate records of client care activities.
Skills
1. Experience in hospice care, home care, or assisted living is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
3. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
