We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to work on a full-time basis at The Roseate Reading 5* Luxury Boutique Hotel in Reading.
The Reception Supervisor / Duty Manager will work on a basis of 4 days on and 4 days off. When it comes to customer service, creating a truly welcoming environment and combining this with superb facilities for our guests whether travelling for business or leisure is essential.
The Reception Supervisor / Duty Manager will be responsible for ensuring that guests are completely satisfied with their stay and that the service they receive meets or exceeds their expectations. The delivery of outstanding customer service to all guests is paramount to every task they complete.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Provide constant customer service at the front desk
* Check-in and check-out of guests by providing an excellent welcoming and departure experience
* Answer telephone and email inquiries
* Provide guests with information on the local area
* Deal with customer comments in an efficient and professional manner
* Cover Duty Management shifts
* Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist (4*- 5*) is essential
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a multitasking environment
* Friendly, enthusiastic approach
