The Role

The General Manager will be the driving force behind an elevated guest experience, leading from the front to create an atmosphere that is high-energy, meticulously curated, full of soul and authenticity.
With a multi-outlet, high-volume operation, this role is perfect for someone who can balance seamless execution with commercial instinct and creative activation. There is significant opportunity to bring the venue’s diverse spaces to life, curating experiences that surprise, delight, and drive revenue—especially during the late-night peak hours that define this brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee seamless venue operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
* Manage financial performance, driving weekly revenues between £80,000 - £100,000, with a focus on optimising key sales metrics.
* Activate spaces cleverly, creating new opportunities for guest engagement and revenue generation.
* Curate a dynamic social environment, balancing refined hospitality with a vibrant energy.
* Establish and refine structured procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
* Be a hands-on presence during peak service times, including evenings, late nights, and weekends.
* Develop a strong, service-led team culture, mentoring and inspiring staff to deliver at the highest level consistently.
The Candidate
We are seeking a General Manager who embodies charisma, precision, and a deep passion for hospitality—but above all, someone who lives for the night. The ideal candidate will have:
* 5+ years of leadership experience in high-profile restaurants, luxury hospitality, or premium nightlife venues.
* Nocturnal tendencies! Peak nights are Thursday - Saturday and things can go late!
* An intuitive understanding of guest experience design, ensuring every interaction is exceptional.
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse financial performance and implement strategies to optimise profitability.
* A natural ability to create atmosphere, reading a room and adjusting the energy instantaneously.
* A track record of commercial success, with expertise in revenue optimisation, cost control, and team performance.
* A creative mindset, bringing fresh ideas to activate spaces and maximise their potential.
* A hands-on leadership style, leading from the floor and setting impeccable service standards.
* Experience in membership-driven environments, with an understanding of high-net-worth clientele.
