Contract: Permanent Location: Hybrid / Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office twice a week Hours per week: 37 Salary: Up to £24,242, depending on experience About the role We’re excited to be looking for an Audit, Risk, and Assurance Administrator to join our Audit, Risk, and Assurance team to provide proactive and efficient administrative support that ensures the seamless delivery of audit, risk, and assurance processes. This role is essential in maintaining compliance, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement within NCFE. Our Audit, Risk, and Assurance team plays a vital role in strengthening NCFE’s ability to mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement across the organisation. We’re responsible for supporting the smooth running of audit processes, maintaining a strong control environment, and fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous quality improvement. By collaborating with multiple departments across NCFE, we contribute to maintaining risk management and quality improvement within the organisation’s everyday operations, ensuring that processes are efficient, effective, and consistently evolving to meet high standards. This role will give you exposure to a fast-paced and impactful environment where administrative support drives operational effectiveness. Cross-functional collaboration with various internal teams, contributing to the overall success of Audit, Risk, and Assurance processes. You’ll have opportunities to develop and improve internal systems, refine administrative practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Hands-on experience in supporting regulatory compliance, data management, and process optimisation in a dynamic setting. How you’ll make an impact: Providing essential administrative support for the Audit, Risk, and Assurance team, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of key activities Coordinating meetings, events, and training sessions, effectively managing diaries and ensuring smooth team operations Assisting with the preparation and distribution of Management Information (MI) reports, providing data-driven insights to support risk mitigation and assurance activities Maintaining and updating internal systems to ensure compliance with record-keeping policies and GDPR regulations Facilitating customer and stakeholder communications, helping to manage key relationships and ensure a positive experience for internal and external parties We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following: Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in a structured environment Strong organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail in documentation and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience working with internal systems and databases The ability to work independently and collaboratively, contributing to the success of both individual tasks and team objectives Feeling inspired?
