Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the program management team in developing project plans, defining objectives, and setting deliverables.
2. Facilitate effective communication among project teams, ensuring everyone is informed about project status, updates, and action items.
3. Schedule and organise project team meetings, capturing minutes and following up on action items.
4. Act as a point of contact for team members to address queries and provide support as needed.
5. Maintain and update project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and risk registers.
6. Assist in keeping project files organised and easily accessible for the team.
7. Help in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
8. Support the program management team in monitoring project expenses and budget compliance.
9. Help identify cost saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
10. Participate in project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
11. Support the Programme management team in managing stakeholder expectations and communications.
12. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and feedback.
Projects Coordinator Digital Technology requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as project manager or coordinator of software development projects.
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to schedule and prioritise multiple work streams effectively.
4. A motivated, proactive and ambitious individual with exceptional communication skills.
5. Collaborative and open-minded team player with the confidence to deal with senior internal and external figures.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trellis) and software.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team and across departments.
9. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
10. Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
