They’re huge on development with one specific hire joining the business as an Associate Director and is now the Head of UK Surveying. This is a varied role providing administrative and operational support to the wider Facilities team across the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties in Oxfordshire and Berkshire. Offering a hybrid working pattern with home working, office and on-site time split so having strong communication skills is a must when liaising with contractors and tenants and attending site visits. Their portfolio is made up of a mixture of commercial properties from offices to retail units and industrial sites across the UK.
