The Parts Sales Coordinator is the first point of contact for our customers. You will deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the parts order process through all parts channels. You will enjoy talking to customers on the phone and via email, understanding customer needs and providing timely solutions. Job Description: Provide best in class service for a seamless transaction, ensuring that you deliver an excellent customer experience that earns loyalty. Engage with customers, understand customer needs, and successfully identify the right route for the call to take. Actively support customers to find Finning parts and services. Discuss promotions with customers and ensure warm leads are followed up.
