Head of Marketing - Pro-Force Limited and Greosn Group

Greosn is a leading investor in a portfolio of businesses in the agricultural, horticultural and recruitment sectors. Our mission is to innovate and lead in our industries, and we are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Coordinator, to support the Group Head of Marketing in the continued growth and success of all operating businesses within the group. Role Overview:
As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of all marketing activities across the Greosn portfolio, working collaboratively with the Head of Marketing and marketing team. Your creativity and versatility will be essential as you engage in a wide range of traditional and digital marketing functions, including design, social media, photography, videography, web and events, tailored to meet the unique needs of the various businesses within the Greosn group.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver the multiple marketing plans, ensuring alignment with the specific goals of each business unit and Group strategy.
2. Design and produce engaging marketing materials and digital graphics, ensuring brand consistency and uniformity.
3. Produce video content for promotional purposes that effectively reflects the brand values of the operating businesses within the group.
4. Develop and manage a suite of social media channels, creating engaging content to build brand awareness.
5. Design, maintain and update website content to ensure it is current and aligned with our marketing strategy.
6. Plan and coordinate events and exhibitions including supporting materials.
7. Produce written content and PR materials to communicate the brand stories of the portfolio of businesses.
8. Assist and collaborate with the marketing team on various group projects as needed.

Required:
1. Experience in a hands-on, varied marketing role.
2. Excellent design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing (preferably).
3. Experience in social media management.
4. A keen eye for photography and videography.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
6. Driven, proactive, and able to work to briefs while contributing original ideas to enhance our marketing efforts.
7. Ability to support on multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team with excellent organisational skills.
9. Full UK driving license due to our rural Head Office location and willingness to travel to group companies as needed.
