Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, customer focused administrator to join a new team within our Recruitment department. The recruitment team is a friendly, fast paced environment and we are based at East Surrey Hospital.
It is essential that candidates have strong administrative skills along with the ability to work to deadlines and juggle competing priorities. The ability to work accurately and autonomously within the team is a prerequisite. Some of the key responsibilities will include;
1. Coordination of NHS smart cards for all staff
2. Professional reception service for the department
3. Responding to reference requests received into the Trust
4. Timely renewal of DBS's (Disclosure & Barring Service), Visa's and Professional Registration
Working hours are Monday - Friday ( hours per week) - Start and finish times may vary.
