The Role
We're looking for a Scheme Manager for Extra Care to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You will be responsible for providing leadership, support, and supervision to the care staff within Cera, ensuring care is provided according to current best practices, policies, procedures, standards, legislative requirements, and regulations under the direction of the Registered Manager. Communication and influencing leadership are vital in this role.

* Develop self and others, and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
* Ideally possess QF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
* Experience leading and developing a professional, motivated team.
* Experience with service users with additional support needs.
