Envirogen Group UK Limited is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Service Operations to join our team. As a leading provider of water and wastewater treatment solutions, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional service to our customers while driving innovation and sustainability.
Whilst we would ideally like you to be close to our Alfreton HQ, we are open to someone with the right skills who may be further afield.
In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all service operations across the UK. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction by leading a dedicated team of service professionals. You will develop and implement operational strategies, manage service delivery, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our service offerings and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in service operations management, preferably within the engineering or water treatment sectors. You should have exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of service processes, and a commitment to delivering quality results. Your ability to foster collaboration across teams and develop strong relationships with clients will be vital to your success in this role.
