VP Forensic are recruiting for a support worker role in the NR31 Great Yarmouth area. Due to the nature of our roles,candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. You will need: Full working rights in the UK (VP do not offer sponsorship) Caring, patient and empathetic nature Excellent communication skills Fluent English Motivation to make a difference to our clients Experience of supporting clients with an Acquired Brain Injury and Complex Behaviours, or some form of care experience to meet a specific level of knowledge Your responsibilities would include: Providing high quality person cantered support to our clients Supporting our client with working toward their rehabilitation/development goals Moving and handling via hoisting Supporting with daily living tasks and engaging in fulfilling and meaningful activities with our clients Providing support to access the community that are engaging and fun for our clients Personal care and physical support in a dignified and respectful way Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team. Managing complex behavior and risk presented. You will need: Caring, patient and empathetic nature Excellent communication skills Fluent English Motivation to make a difference to our clients Experience of supporting clients with an Acquired Brain Injury and Complex Behaviours, or some form of care experience to meet a specific level of knowledge Full working rights in the UK (VP do not offer sponsorship) Benefits: £12.00 per hour Holiday pay pension Referral bonus when you help us build our team of dedicated staff.
