Homes for Students is the UK's largest independent provider of Student Accommodation. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Partnerships Co-ordinator to join our team based in Liverpool, working 40 hours per week from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. The role is hybrid working part-remote at the Liverpool Sales Office, with flexible days working from home within the week. Purpose of the role: You will be an active, contributing member of the Partnerships Team. Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, you will manage both international agent and University relationships, leading and supporting on contract negotiation and completion.You will be responsible for targeting educational establishments and potential partners, seeking out new relationships and building on existing relationships to secure new business, while raising the profile of Homes for Students across the sector. You will always be on the lookout for new opportunities and have a strong focus on improving retention. You will be responsible for producing quotations, compiling costed proposals, drawing up contracts, managing internal trackers and reporting. You will be a sales and target driven individual and with an exceptional attention to detail and will hold yourself to very high standard and levels of accountability. You will have a strong commercial acumen and a consultative style that you will use with our B2B partners as well as a personable, respectful and professional approach. You will be comfortable and experienced in closing sales in a B2B environment. You will have working relationships with other teams in the business such as our Regional Revenue Managers, Operations and Finance colleagues, to secure and track revenue generated. You will be required to travel nationally to attend meetings with key partners and clients as required. Accountabilities/Responsibilities Manage and maintain strong relationships with our International and local letting agents, supporting with general enquiries, the booking process, reconciliation and training. Work with the Partnerships Manager to track and report on trends in the market and feedback to the wider business. Regular calls and meetings with our agent partnerships to share booking data and insights. Work with colleagues in the sales and marketing departments as well as the international bookings and reconciliation team to ensure a collaborative approach. Target establishments and potential partners, seek out new relationships on a national, international and local level for possible referral and nominations deals. Utilise and leverage existing relationships to secure bookings at scale. Discuss and negotiate terms and conditions with key stakeholders Produce and implement detailed proposals and quotations as required. Support and lead on drawing up commercial contracts. Liaise with Regional Revenue Managers and wider teams regarding nominations and other opportunities. Attend meetings, networking events and conferences nationally as required to promote the business. Support in collating information and documents during tender processes. Responsible for providing reports and relevant information as required. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders Ensure deadlines are met Other & Skills Comply with Health and Safety working practice in accordance with the company's policy. To be flexible and work effectively with other colleagues. Support at key open days/check in weekends as required.
