Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated Team Assistant to join our client, a successful boutique investment management firm in Mayfair. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual with 2 years of prior office experience to support key business functions across Investor Relations, Operations, and the broader Business Team.
Key Accountabilities
* Manage calendars for the Investor Relations team, schedule meetings, and coordinate preparation materials ahead of time.
* Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and briefing materials for key business meetings.
* Organise travel for Board meetings and Investor Relations roadshows, including the creation of detailed itineraries and expense reports.
* Assist with the organisation of corporate events, managing logistics and preparing relevant materials.
* Maintain and update contacts and interactions in the CRM system in a timely and accurate manner.
* Provide administrative support, including the creation of presentation materials, handling general office tasks, and responding to ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
We are looking for a collaborative, positive team player with 2 years of relevant experience within a financial services organisation. Roadshow coordination and/or CRM management is an advantage.
