Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Sales and Lettings: Actively engage with prospective buyers, tenants, and landlords to generate new opportunities and arrange sales and lettings deals.
* Conduct Viewings and Negotiate Deals: Confidently handle viewings and expertly negotiate sales and lettings negotiations.
* End-to-End Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service from the initial inquiry to move-in day, always prioritising client satisfaction.
* Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the local property market and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights.
* Results-Driven: Keep a relentless focus on targets and continually seek ways to exceed client expectations.

* Passion Over Experience: No property experience needed - personality, passion, and determination are key skills - although some experience of sales & hitting targets is essential.
* Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Confident in building relationships, spotting opportunities, and securing deals.

Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week, including some Saturdays.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
