This is an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Housing Property Service to lead on service improvement and change ensuring that we deliver an excellent repairs and maintenance service to our tenants and meet our legislative and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Head of Housing Property Services you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering various workstreams to achieve compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing consumer standards including leading the continuous development of the service to deliver efficiencies, drive performance and improve the customer experience.
