Neos Engineering are working with a large Heavy Plant Machinery supplier who are looking for a Service Administrator within the plant industry to join the team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join a well-known & well-established organisation!
The ideal candidate for the role is someone who has worked in a similar position within the Agricultural, Plant, Heavy Plant or Quarrying industries. You will ideally have experience with customer services, data input, use of CRM and liaising with customers and managers.
The day-to-day role is incredibly varied. It includes:
* Answering incoming tele calls.
* Ensuring all service & hire administration is completed in an accurate & timely manner.
* Raising of sales orders & downgrading stock using SAGE.
* Inputting & administering of jobs to in-house software for engineer’s daily work.
* Organising transport & co-ordination of machines to & from sites.
* General day-to-day support with tasks assigned by the service manager as seen fit.
* Liaising with both customers & suppliers as and when required.
The Candidate:
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Ability to work under pressure & manage own workload.
* Good team player.
* Previous experience of SAGE Line 50 & Microsoft Office software an advantage.
* Previous service/hire/plant industry experience an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
* Interested in progression & furthering knowledge an advantage.
