Role Overview We are seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee and manage company compliance across EMEA, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and visa requirements. This role requires a proactive individual with strong research and analytical skills who can track, report, and guide the company in complying with global regulations. Key Responsibilities Visa & Work Permit Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of employee visas, work permits, and mobility compliance across EMEA. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to international, regional, and local compliance regulations, particularly in employment, data protection, and corporate governance. Research & Analysis: Conduct research on compliance requirements, immigration laws, and industry best practices to keep the company informed and compliant. Tracking & Reporting: Develop and maintain compliance tracking systems, generate reports, and provide recommendations to leadership. Policy Development: Create, update, and enforce company compliance policies in alignment with regulatory changes. Liaison & Communication: Work closely with government agencies, legal advisors, and internal teams to ensure seamless compliance. Training & Advisory: Educate and guide internal stakeholders on compliance best practices and legal obligations. Key Skills & Competencies Research & Analytical Skills – Ability to investigate legal requirements and assess their impact on company operations. Tracking & Organization – Ability to maintain accurate records of visas, permits, and compliance-related documents. Reporting & Documentation – Proficiency in compiling reports and presenting findings to management. Strategic Compliance Management – Ability to direct and advise the company on necessary compliance measures. Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in compliance-related processes. Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication to liaise with stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Qualifications &Experience Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field. 3 years of experience in compliance, visa management, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of EMEA immigration laws, employment regulations, and corporate compliance. Experience working in a multi-country environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with compliance software and tracking tools is a plus
