Your new role
The HR Business Partner is responsible for business partnering, managing a team of HR Advisors and providing generalist HR expertise to senior leaders and management teams as required.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience as an HR Business Partner in a similar role.
2. Demonstrated expertise within employee relations and union partnerships.
3. Substantial generalist HR knowledge and experience, including terms and conditions of employment, employment law, and best practice.
4. Extensive experience and capabilities managing complex employee relations casework.
