The Role We’re on the hunt for a talented Content Producer who can bring creative ideas to life across multiple platforms. From creating scroll-stopping content for social media to producing high-quality video and photography projects, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and delivering exceptional work. As a Content Producer, you will work closely with our Sales, Creative, Marketing, and Digital teams to plan, create, and deliver content that resonates with our target audiences and meets our clients' objectives. Key Responsibilities Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for a range of clients and in-house projects. Use storytelling techniques to create compelling visuals that align with campaign goals. Operate and maintain camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear. Content Creation: Develop engaging multimedia content, including short-form videos, reels, GIFs, and animations. Collaborate with the creative team to produce visuals for social media, websites, and digital advertising campaigns. Pre-Production & Planning: Work closely with account managers, creatives, and clients to understand briefs and create detailed storyboards and shot lists. Scout locations, source props, and plan shoots to align with deadlines and budgets. Post-Production: Edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing software. Apply color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to enhance video quality. Manage feedback rounds efficiently to deliver polished final outputs. Collaboration: Work alongside the agency’s creative team, including graphic designers, photographers, and strategists, to ensure cohesive storytelling. Attend brainstorming sessions to pitch ideas and contribute to campaign strategies. Required Skills and Experience Technical Expertise: Proven experience in video production, editing, and post-production. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects. Strong understanding of lighting, sound design, and camera operation. Experience with drone videography and photography. Knowledge of 3D rendering or animation software. Experience working within an advertising or creative agency Creative Vision: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects, including branded content, social media campaigns, and commercials. Ability to adapt content styles to match brand guidelines and target audiences. Project Management: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines. Flexible and able to adapt to evolving project requirements.
