The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for our client, to support the growing teams in Risk and Compliance. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leadership—driving people strategies that support regulatory excellence, talent growth, and business resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with department heads on workforce planning, performance, and talent development
* Ensure HR compliance with Dutch labor law and financial sector regulations
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning for key functions
* Guide managers through employee relations and formal HR procedures
* Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absence) to drive insights
* Contribute to internal audits and ensure readiness for regulatory reviews
* Foster a high-performance culture that balances well-being and accountability
Your Profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in HRM, Business, or related field
* 5+ years’ HR experience, preferably in banking, insurance, or fintech
* Strong grasp of Dutch employment law and regulatory context
* Fluent in English and Dutch
* Detail-oriented with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Discreet, dependable, and data-driven
