Lloyds Clinical are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Oncology Patient Liaison Nurse to lead, manage, and ensure a seamless patient experience for oncology patients entering our care. This vital role working closely with our patient services team and will see you acting as a key link between clinicians, referral centres, patients, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication, timely patient management, and the highest standard of compassionate care throughout the entire patient pathway. About You
To succeed in this role, you'll be a dedicated and experienced Oncology Nurse with a valid NMC registration and a strong background in SACT Education and/or qualifications. You'll have developed a deep understanding of oncology clinical procedures, national guidelines, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership experience, whether as a charge nurse, nurse supervisor, or in another managerial capacity, has honed your ability to motivate, influence, and lead diverse stakeholders without direct line management responsibility.
Your excellent relationship management skills allow you to effectively build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. You are an expert in coordinating care, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with clinical procedures and regulatory standards.
Your solid understanding of nursing leadership and management, complemented by certifications in these areas, positions you as a strategic thinker with the ability to analyse problems and make decisions grounded in data and best practices. You are committed to continuous professional development and remain up-to-date with the latest in nursing care, management techniques, and healthcare trends. Additionally, you are proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems, nursing software, and relevant technology to support your practice.
