Salary: £16,725.00 per annum (not pro-rata)
Location: 3 Dimension, Chard, TA20 3AJ
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am until 3pm
Due to location you must be able to drive.

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a School Receptionist/Administrator to join our close-knit team at 3 Dimensions School.

The opportunity
As a School Administrator, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the school office, providing support in a number of areas ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school reception. Assisting the Office Manager in developing the school as a high-quality specialist provision for Autistic pupils by providing the highest standards of pastoral care for all pupils of all abilities in a safe and orderly learning environment which provides a high standard of behaviour.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Complete front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering calls
Liaising and reporting to the office manager and the headteacher in some instances
Access and manage student records using the in house system
Assist with attendance records and maintaining accurate pupil data
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events
Support with administrative needs of school staff, such as photocopying, filing, data entry and all other correspondence
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Previous experience as a School Administrator or within a similar environment is essential
Willingness to adapt and learn
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work alone but also as part of a fast paced team
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Full UK Driving Licence & Access to vehicle
