About The Role
We are looking for Live-In Care Managers - London, Kent, West Sussex, Hampshire, Bucks, Herts and Essex

What will the role involve?
As a Care Manager, you'll lead our live-in care service with compassion. You'll play a crucial role in supporting the commercial plans for your geographical area, with responsibilities including:
1. Safely transitioning clients from various care settings to be looked after by Trinity.
2. Assessing and protecting clients while supporting their families.
3. Ensuring quality and delivery of personalised, client-centred care.
Who are we looking for?
You may have a variety of the below:
* Have a minimum of one to two years of experience in a similar role, with an understanding of the pressures faced by carers.
* Live-in experience is a bonus, but we can provide support.
* Bring diversity in experience, including but not limited to learning disabilities, nursing homes, and domiciliary care.
* Hold a valid driver's license.
