Energy Engineering Lead / Manager

Salary: £60,000+ (depending on experience)

We are supporting one of our Norfolk clients to find their next Energy Engineering Lead / Manager to join their experienced team.
Key Duties
1. To provide hands-on engineering support to ensure elevated safety, reliability, and production.
2. To manage the progress of engineering activities with Full Value Stream in mind.
3. To manage both team members and contractors on site to ensure quality, environment, and health & safety standards are met at all times.
4. Responsible for delivering gap maintenance plan.
5. To lead, develop, and motivate engineering resources & engineering activities.
6. To lead both reactive and proactive engineering activities, ensuring compliance actions are delivered.
Key Criteria
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering / relevant Engineering field.
2. Experienced in leading, engaging, and motivating teams.
3. Working knowledge of British Standards for Engineering Plant, Equipment, and Practices.
4. Working experience & knowledge of industrial mechanical plant / complex manufacturing.
5. Able to effectively communicate across all levels of the factory and the operations function of the business.
6. NEBOSH (advantageous).
7. Full Right to Work in the UK.
