Job Description
* In partnership with the global FP&A team, you will develop and refine dashboards to create meaningful real-time analytics to monitor and drive business performance.
* Work with the regional Head of Business to interpret and align this data to group targets.
* Become the main contact for data-led reporting, driving uptake, usage, and training with internal stakeholders.
* Develop board-ready reports that create meaningful insights of performance at the highest levels.
* Take the lead on annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Develop accurate and insightful cash flow forecasts from the above, with variance and trend analysis against actual.
* Conduct detailed profitability analysis by service and region.
* Develop complex financial models to simulate various scenarios, supporting risk management and long-term planning.
* Work on continuous improvements in forecasting accuracy and provide recommendations based on financial insights.
* Own the long-term business model planning in a continually evolving environment.
* Combine with market and competitor analysis, identifying future opportunities.
* Serve as a key business partner to senior stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights that support operational and strategic goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing financial guidance.
* Present findings to non-financial stakeholders, translating complex financial data into meaningful, actionable recommendations.
* Take the lead in identifying areas of improvement.
The Successful Applicant
Qualified - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
Commercial in background and abilities.
Strong with Excel.
Able to showcase analytical models via Excel.
The successful candidate will be a highly analytical finance professional, comfortable with financial modeling, variance analysis, and profit analysis, and will be adept at using data to enhance performance and drive strategic decisions.
What's on Offer
£70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus and benefits.
This role is hybrid and requires 2 days p/w in office.
