ABOUT WILD CHILD ANIMATION: Wild Child Animation is an award-winning 2D and CG animation studio based in Stirling, Scotland, founded in 2020 by a group of highly experienced producers and creatives. ABOUT THE ROLE Our production coordinators are responsible for supporting the project’s Producer/Production Manager to ensure the smooth running of all assigned shows. Coordinators will fall under the line management of the Head of Production. Here are some key tasks you will be involved with in this role - Assigning and monitoring task progress across multiple departments. Scheduling several departments whilst keeping an eye on dependencies and finding solutions where possible. General day to day problem solving. Reporting and tracking notes across all departments. Being a key contact for all artists to offer support and to help guide the production. Direct contact for client deliveries and some communication. Being a Wild Child team player and also asking for help when you need it. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - High level of organisation and pro-activeness. Strong scheduling skills with the ability to adapt to changing schedules. Attention to detail with ability to work to tight deadlines. Ideally 1-2 years experience within a previous production role. HOURS : Our standard studio hours are 7 working hours a day (usually 10am to 6pm), Monday to Friday. We are open to discussing flexible working hours on an individual basis where this is possible in the production pipeline. STUDIO CLOSURES : Wild Child Animation is closed for 6 - 10 days over the December festive period 1- 2 days at Easter 2025 and 10 days for the last week in the Summer months - usually the first week in July and last week in August. These days are full studio closures so will not be invoice-able for freelancers.
