Their expertise spans brand development, print and digital marketing, social media, partnerships, placemaking, and sales strategies. They pride themselves on fostering a collaborative environment and are structured into specialized teams focusing on strategy, design, digital, and media relations. The Studio Manager Role: The Studio Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the creative studio. This position is integral to maintaining high standards and delivering outstanding results for an impressive roster of international clients. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the creative team’s workflow and implementing efficient project tracking and resource allocation processes. Collaborating closely with strategy, design, and digital teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks to ensure seamless project progression. Managing freelance recruitment, onboarding, and coordination to support dynamic project needs. Sourcing and managing talent for creative shoots and campaigns in partnership with producers. Optimizing studio resources and maintaining project management systems. About You: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in studio operations within a creative or marketing agency environment. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting and bring both strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit to the table. Skills and Experience Required: 4 years of experience as a Studio Manager or in a similar role within an agency setting. Strong project management skills, with experience in integrated campaigns, including social media and digital marketing. Financial acumen and attention to detail to effectively manage budgets and resources. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster strong team relationships.
