Are you a data-driven CRM professional with a passion for hospitality? We're looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take full ownership of a multi-venue hospitality group's customer relationship management systems—developing and executing strategies that enhance customer engagement, increase sales, and streamline marketing operations.

The Role
This is a key hire within the central team, where you'll be responsible for implementing, optimising, and championing the CRM system across the business. You'll collaborate closely with venue management, sales teams, and head office to ensure consistent practices, high-quality data, and impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and roll out data-led CRM strategies in collaboration with senior marketing and sales leaders.
* Support and train teams to run CRM-led campaigns across email, SMS, and paid media.
* Create and manage segmented data sets for targeted campaigns (e.g. VIPs, lapsed customers, high spenders).
* Leverage behavioural insights to refine messaging and increase customer retention.
* Drive remarketing through CRM integrations with advertising platforms and analytics tools.
* Support customer data collection through loyalty programmes, sign-ups, and on-site activity.
* Ensure all enquiries for venue hire, private events, and VIP bookings are captured and tracked within the CRM.
* Improve lead data capture through optimised forms and workflows.
* Automate follow-ups and nurturing sequences to boost conversion.
* Introduce lead scoring systems and dashboards to help prioritise and monitor sales activity.
* Work alongside CRM developers to enhance system performance and usability.
Who We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a hospitality-focused CRM system (preferably Acetol/Atreemo or similar).
* Proven track record of CRM campaign execution, automation, and sales tracking.
* Strong grasp of customer segmentation, behaviour analysis, and lifecycle marketing.
* Confident with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) and marketing attribution.
* Comfortable working with basic HTML/CSS and WordPress integrations for tracking.
* Able to train and support multi-site teams in best CRM practices.
* Experience in a multi-brand or multi-venue hospitality business.
* Familiarity with paid media CRM integrations (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
