The interim HR Manager role is responsible for:
Managing and overseeing the HR department's daily operations as a stand alone HR Manager.
Implementing and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
Overseeing recruitment and selection processes.
Handling employee relations and resolving any issues that arise.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Providing guidance and advice to management on HR matters.
Coordinating employee training and development initiatives.
Monitoring and managing performance appraisal systems.Profile
The successful HR Manager should have/be:
Proven HR experience in a similar role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Excellent knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
Good administration skills
A hands-on, can-do approach.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
