Join Our Team as Head of Business Winning & Sales Enablement!
Seeking a dynamic, driven leader to join our team! In this senior role, you will partner with the VP of Growth, Sales, and Operational teams to drive the growth pipeline and win new business opportunities through the capture and bidding of small, medium, and large campaigns!
Join us to lead a successful team, implementing a rigorous process, driving the writers to create the most compelling customer value-add propositions, and beat competitors to drive strategic growth!
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Forming trusted relationships and steering the pipeline towards profitable growth
* Leading a team to qualify and capture new business development opportunities
* Driving commercially successful tender responses and promoting a culture of Business Winning
* Building and maintaining sales tools for business intelligence and developing effective win strategies
* Collaborating across functions to empower the sales team and maximise the One KBR approach
What We Need:
The ideal candidate has strong client and industry relationships in the UK/Europe, Defence, Security, and Nuclear markets, with a proven track record in winning Government Contracts spanning £10m to £1bn.
* Motivated and Target Driven: Demonstrates a strong drive to achieve goals and targets.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead, challenge, and inspire teams to success.
* Attention to Detail: Commercially savvy and exhibits meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Business Winning Expertise: Experienced in scoring, capturing, and bidding business-winning opportunities and campaigns.
* Strategic Thinking: Understands and identifies winning themes and thinks innovatively to drive successful outcomes.
* Team Collaboration: Capable of pulling all selling teams together to work cohesively towards common objectives and often fast-paced responses.
