Job Description
Duties of the Office Manager/ PA
3. Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures
4. Maintain office services by organising office operations and procedures
5. Support the sales team with orders
6. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
7. MD support - travel and diary management
8. Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords
9. Ensure the office remains clean, well organised and safe
10. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager/ PA should have:
11. Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
12. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
13. Experience with office management software like ERP and CRM
14. Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
15. A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
