This is an excellent opportunity for a 'hands on' Credit Controller to join a busy and fast paced team. Our client is a leading manufacturing business operating in the food sector where provision of a high level of customer satisfaction is one of their core values. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Financial Controller your duties will be varied and include the following:
Responsibilities & Duties
Daily
1. Invoice Finance Figures.
2. Update Bank Account.
3. Daily invoices and distribute to customer, unload to customer systems.
4. Telephone/email chasing of debts, and responding to queries.
5. Post remittances received on Bespoke system and Credit control notes.
6. Raise credits.
Weekly
1. Sales Reconciliation.
2. Bank Recs.
3. Debtors reports.
4. Debtors meeting prep.
5. Customer statements via email.
Monthly
1. Monthly Recs and reports for submission.
2. Match overhead reports to nominal ledger.
3. Post monthly journals - overrider, bad debt and petty cash.
4. Invoice Facility Monthly reconciliations.
Any other relevant duties required by Management.
