Job Title: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire, Yorkshire and the Humber Job Type: Full-time, temporary position Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £31,650 - £43,607 per annum Job Duties: As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for: Designing and delivering engaging and interactive lessons for students in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of each child. Assessing and recording student progress, providing timely and comprehensive feedback to parents and colleagues. Collaborating with other EYFS teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour. Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Safeguarding training Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in an Early Years setting Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of child development principles Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students Proficient in using technology to enhance learning Excellent classroom management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Early Years Education Experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) Working Conditions: Full-time position with regular school hours Classroom-based teaching with opportunities for outdoor learning Collaborative working environment with support from fellow teachers and senior leadership All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
