Role Description
An exciting opportunity to join Allianz Commercial’s Business Transformation and Customer Experience department as a Customer Propositions Executive. This is a hybrid role based in our Guildford office, ideally twice a week.
This supporting role works closely with the Customer Propositions Consultants, and the wider business, to enable the development of market-leading propositions.
Key Accountabilities
As part of the customer propositions team, you’ll:
* Provide high quality analysis of the UK insurance market, competitors and customers to support proposition development and decision-making across the business.
* Support the business with idea generation and value proposition design.
* Develop customer propositions across our Commercial product suite, ensuring any development fits with the wider business & transformation strategy.
* Support the project manager or be a workstream lead for propositions - to help drive forward proposition development from idea stage to market launch.
* Champion the proposition development and governance process – supporting business owners through the process - ensuring propositions are developed in line with business strategy and customer need.
* Support the management and development of preferred suppliers.
* Work closely with the campaign team to develop the marketing strategy for propositions and feed ideas to develop compelling thought leadership.
Essential Skills
A customer focussed approach
* Experience of market and customer insights and the ability to pull together recommendations based on the analysis of data.
* An understanding of proposition development.
* Excellent planning and organization skills to ensure work is delivered to deadlines.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with cross functional teams.
* Strong communication skills.
Desirable Skills
* Proven ability to work with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience of analysis and interpretation of data.
